About Me
I'm a Climate activist, writer and researcher endeavouring to elevate the voices and concerns of those most marginalised by the climate crisis through storytelling, advocacy, research and grassroots organising to advance climate justice.
Originally from the Eastern Caribbean, my interests and advocacy are centred on climate adaptation, climate mobility, (un-natural) disasters, and institutional resilience from external shocks. My geographic focuses are Caribbean SIDS, Latin America and the Global South. My praxis is grounded in climate justice, intersectionality, eco-feminism, worker's rights, decoloniality and gender justice.
I am a student at Boston College pursuing a double major in Environmental Studies and Economics. I am also a McNair Scholar, conducting undergraduate research focusing on the Political Economy of Climate Change on developing economies. I am also a member of the Saint Kitts National Youth Parliament Association, one of the premier forums for youth civic engagement and advocacy in the Federation and the Eastern Caribbean.
